I got good customer service when I ordered my MySims Strategy Guide at an Indigo kiosk almost two weeks ago.
The clerk who guided me through my order was very helpful. He even wrote down the ID number and total price on a card when the kiosk ran out of printer paper!
The rest of the day was routine, though.
